When life gets tough, some people find themselves reaching out to others for help. In many cases, this is a friend or family member or mentor. But some will reach out to complete strangers who offer advice on how to overcome adversity, improve themselves, or simply cope. Call them whatever you want-- life coach, guru, motivational speaker-- they are not a new phenomenon. In this episode, we dive into the man who is arguably the biggest to ever fill a conference center-- Tony Robbins. Is he a legit force for self-help or just another charlatan? Listen up and decide.
