Despite full investigation and the release of victim landlord Anthony Badaloo , notwithstanding the FAKE BAIL https://bit.ly/fakebail , the Merseyside police under Chief Constable Serena Kennedy, appear to be using the uniform to play a gangster role in the situation which involve the attempted theft of three properties at the HQ Buildings in St Helens.
Both Council Chief and Ombudsman have investigated the case and confirmed in writing via their staff, that the police act against the offenders. Only that the police IS the offender in chief here.
The Reeds Rains Estate Agents in St Helens withdrew from acting, after verifying, that the unidentified man / woman who instructed them, had no authority to do so.
A number of children have been abused and thrown on the streets in the process, with the unidentified thugs attending police, all repeatedly make claims to "COURT ORDERS" and "WARRANTS" which don't exist.
Suspects with a Liverpool connection include Judge John Andersen acting at the Harrow Crown Court making a fake warrant, on an alleged prosecution / conviction, when the court confirmed in writing, that there was never any information laid.
Michael Lockwood, Director General of the IOPC, and his successor Tom Whiting, are both from Harrow, at the time of the famous fake Jury trial of Badaloo for alleged trespass in his own home. Now Lockwood is on trial at the Old Bailey for multiple Child Sexual offences.
Former CEO of Marstons, Gareth Hughes, who claimed Legal Aid costs for

Former Barnet / Enfield PC Stephan Cadek, the child protection officer who failed to protect various illegally evicted children in Barnet / London and later jailed for extreme child sexual offences, and whom moved to liverpool.
Then there is Illegal Bailiff from Rundles / CDER Group, who was struck off after harassing Mr Badaloo and his clients for money, waving a fake warrant connected to the properties https://bit.ly/bailiffdown
The estimated thirty Merseyside officers in uniform, but outside police duty, seriously injuring and wounding tenant Christine Hellier and 72 year old mother multiple times, inside the property. Some footage on the internet live. Ms Hellier's child was forcibly taken by police, who confessed that they had no warrant nor other order, as did the Wolverhampton Court. Thankfully the child has been returned to the family.
