On this topic, Gianni Sr. recounts a "sit down" of sorts the Steelers had at his restaurant when they wanted to draft Philip Rivers. Gianni Sr. also implies he is the reason the Steelers drafted Ben Roethlisberger. 

Then in the NHL Draft discussion Tony and co. discuss the Number one Pick, as well as who the Hurricanes and Rangers got in the draft.
