I share my experience of feeling like the black sheep, noticing patterns early, and the moment I realized I didn’t have to keep playing into the same dynamics.

This isn’t about emotionally bypassing anything but it is about recognizing where you have a choice, and how that changes everything.

I also touch on the deeper side of it. How sometimes the environments you’re placed in create enough contrast to push you into awareness.

We get into self-image, patterns, intuition, and what happens when you stop unconsciously becoming your environment and start choosing how you move.
