How strong is your arsenal to stay focused? When it comes down to it, what you do with each moment of your life will determine, well, your life. And while we all know that life is filled with ups and downs, we must stay focused on our goals. In other words, when you are excited and pumped about doing something and all of a sudden something (a potential monkey wrench) is thrown in to play, how do you handle that moment? Do you have the internal power to make a quick shift and not be impacted by the distraction? Do you have things around you to keep you focused on staying aligned with your vision? What arsenal do you have to fight off moments of distraction? Because they will come. Well in this episode I'm sharing a real situation that I experienced today regarding this very topic.
