Is bigger better?  Our suburbs seem to be taken over by the oversized, underutilized, and arguably out-of-place truck utility vehicles.  Most of us don't need the cab chassis ute, yet, we have them and WE LOVE THEM. 

 In episode 10, the Too Dads themselves own up to the hypocrisy and as it turns out, we write a love letter of common sense to ourselves.

Woke culture seems to be dominating society.  Cancel culture is more apparent, and being offended is also on the rise.  But why?    

Are people being more rude and disrespectful? or, are people just looking for any reason to be offended?  While absolutely, there are things that are totally unacceptable to say, still, that can't be EVERYTHING!  

In episode 9 of the Too Dads podcast, we discuss the woke and cancel culture, and share our thoughts.

The leader of a country represents the people of that country, both locally and internationally.  They are 'the face' of the country, and their leadership is always under high scrutiny.  So what do we think of them when they aren't living up to the responsibility of position?  In episode 8, we discuss our views and thoughts on the Australian Prime Minister (Prime being the 'head honcho') and how at times his attitude towards leadership is disparate from what we think is the gold standard.  We do (thankfully) have strong leaders in Australia though, particularly at a State and Territory level, where exemplary leadership is displayed.  And this leadership is not for gaining popularity, but rather for the greater good and doing everything they can for the greater good of the people they serve.

Central to the fabric of a democratic society, lies the right for the individual, and the collective to have 'a voice', but with that voice comes responsibility.  

In this episode, we discuss the current state of 'free speech' from our view, and what we have witnessed in our hometown of Melbourne this past week.  

Democracy is an important part of life, but it's threat we believe is coming not from those who we have elected to govern, but the small fraction which has seemed to blur the lines of freedom of speech with saying whatever the heck you want!

We're not that complicated, we just different!

We lighten things up in this week's episode, talking about a topic that is near and dear to Sid's heart......CARS.  With the electric future already here and only going to become more and more apparent, which is the way to go when it comes to switching to electric?  One thing is for sure, according to one-half of the Too Dads podcast team....DON'T GET A CAMRY.

This week in episode 3 we discuss on the Too Dads podcast how the female population in our society for some reason are subjected (unfairly and disproportionately) to a "different" set of rules and views.  Of course, there are some light-hearted moments and laughs as we write this week's love letter to common sense. And, the new superhero of Melbourne makes a comeback.....so ... chocolate anyone?
