The main ingredient in disappointment is expectations, so keep your expectations low, and that will minimize you being let down. This episode is not promoting pessimism, it's saying to keep the possibility of failure in mind so U can handle it if it happens. Failure is not the opposite of success, it's something you experience on the way to success. So even when you fail, you understand that as long as you keep pushing forward, you will reach success as long as you keep your expectations realistic.
