TINT, WISE and Beyond have invited her to speak at the fourth annual Celebration of Women in Science themed ‘Boost your STEM esteem’. This event is on February 15th, 2022 at 19:00. She provides a lecture to inspire all attendees to celebrate their successes in STEM and start seeing themselves as examples for the younger generations of women and girls.

Tools For Life around student life, well-being, and the crucial role of TU/e.

Today, TINT Event Organizer Ana is talking with one of the mods of Lighthouse, Stern Hutjes, about challenges that students experience around student life and well-being, both in general as well as due to corona and the soon to be expected winter dip. In this podcast, Stern also explains the role of TU/e when students feel like they need help. How it used to be, what changed during the pandemic, and where Lighthouse wants the role and responsibility of TU/e to go. He believes it’s about signaling problems, guiding students to the right resources, and coordinating all of the available initiatives.
