You may be a moody git at times, but it's not going to give any customer a good impression of your business - However good you are. 

As the saying goes “Its Nice to be Nice” - Well…..

It also PAYS to be nice too. 

90% of your work as a tradesman can come through recommendation if the customer likes you. 

To be honest, they don't even have to like you, just trust you to do a good job and be polite. 

On the outside, things are not always what they seem, so being friendly to one customer can lead on to a ton of work for you and your business later down the line.
