Welcome back to another episode of The Breaking Moment Podcast! I am excited to chat with you all today! In this two-part episode we will be talking about how to heal anxiety! I am sure we have all experienced anxiety whether we are running from a bear or presenting at work or triggered from our past. No matter what causes your anxiety, this episode will help you to heal 
 anxiety. Anxiety is a normal response when we perceive a threat. Things become complicated when we are constantly in fight, flight, freeze or fawn trauma response, and the fear/worry becomes excessive and affects our everyday lives. Anxiety disorders are the most common mental disorders and affect nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives (www.psychiatry.org). It is possible to recover from anxiety and I hope after part 1 and 2 of how to heal anxiety, you can start your healing process.
