Full Terms and Conditions

1. Competition commences 24th July, 2023 and ends one day before the fourth consecutive podcast is uploaded to YouTube.

2. To enter, each participant must subscribe to the Toon Under Podcast channel on You Tube, Like each of the three podcast episodes that constitute the Competition, and leave at least one comment on each of the three podcast episodes that constitute the Competition.

3. One winner will be drawn at random within 24 hours of the competition closing and announced during the fourth consecutive podcast.

4. Competition is open to adults aged 18 years old or older at the time of the winner being drawn.

5. Competition is open worldwide to all residents of countries where Newcastle United Football Club’s online shop deliver orders. Please see shop.nufc.co.uk for details.

6. Winner must have completed the entry conditions as defined in these Terms and Conditions. Failure to follow entry requirements will result in expulsion from the competition.

7. Winner will be notified via YouTube and every reasonable step will be taken in order to contact the winner in due course following the draw.

8. If the winner can not be contacted after the draw, and following seven (7) days from the draw, a new winner will be drawn and the original winner will forfeit all claim to the prize.

9. If the winner resides in an area not serviced by Newcastle United Football Club’s online shop, the winner will forfeit all claim to the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

10. Winner may select an adult home, away or third shirt in a size of their choosing, plus the name/number of a Newcastle United player. Subject to availability at the Newcastle United Football Club’s online shop.

11. No alternative prize shall be offered. Prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

12. Any breach of the competition Terms and Conditions will result in entrants’ expulsion from the competition.
