This is the last episode of 2022 and features my Top 10 runs of 2022.
I've done 17 runs plus several Parkruns this year so my Top 10 runs of 2022 is chosen from those. As I was the compere/commentator for the three fabulous runs organised by my own club - Truro Running Club - they don't make the list because I didn't run them!
We've had 28 episodes this year and lots of fabulous guests so a big thank you to all of the guests and all of the listeners, especially those who have left a review or rating so if you haven't done that so far that would be much appreciated.
Also a big shout out to the organisers of the two running shows that I attended where we did some podcast recordings – the Cornwall Running Show and the Bristol Running Show.
And thanks also to those people who bought a copy of '12 Business Lessons from Running an Ultra Marathon' - all royalties - about £5 per book - go to the Childrens Hospice South West.
If you would like to come on the show in 2023 and tell listeners about your running challenges drop me an email to : [email protected]
So as I wish you all a Happy Christmas here's my ask for 2023:
Say 'Hello' when out running and you meet someone who is on their own, walking or running - you don't need to stop for a chat just say 'hello' or good morning' or 'what a lovely day' as you meet them. It might make their day.
So here are my Top 10 runs of 2022:
This is episode 106 of the Running 44@60 podcast. You can access and download the previous 105 episodes via your usual podcast app or follow this link.
Host Trevor Lee ran his own first ultra in 2021 - the 44 mile Classic Quarter - hence 44@60.
