Stop Peeing Your Pants

Top 3 Signs You Have Pelvic Floor Tightness!

Listen Later

Hi friend! In today's episode we talk about the 3 signs you have pelvic floor tightness. It's interesting because peeing your pants can be from a tight pelvic floor as a large contributing factor, but did you also know that bladder retention can also be a sign that you have pelvic floor tightness?

I talk about a patient who was 13 weeks pregnant and not able to pee when she felt the urge! We got her all fixed up right away, but this episode was inspired by her case! More commonly, I hear women tell me that their pee stream is really slow, or takes a lot of time to get started, or they have to push out their pee to even go to the bathroom. These are all red flags and can point you right towards having pelvic floor tightness.

Lastly, I explain the number 1 solution to it all!

I teach you and lay out the solution for you in my course. I would love to invite you in joining me in taking control of your pelvic floor and bladder leakage in 90 days or less! Take a look around the Stop Peeing Your Pants course here!
