1. A 10-year prison sentence has been handed out to the woman who scalded a man with Down's Syndrome.

2. The Consumers' Association of Penang (CAP) has called for the government to abolish 24-hour eateries due to Malaysians' health issues, especially obesity.

3. According to a study by Ilham Centre, Malaysian youths are uninterested in joining political parties even though they are drawn to political matters on social media.

4. UN Special Rapporteurs for human rights noted that many Bangladeshi workers in Malaysia are exploited, and urge both countries' governments to take action to curb this issue.

5. And our top story today: Amnesty International's report indicates that Anwar's administration did not fulfill its commitment to reforms, citing the deficiency in seven key areas such as freedom of assembly and the death penalty.
