If you are someone who wants to experience a breakthrough and master that one thing you've been wanting to conquer, it's important to be sure you have as many of the Top 6 Resilience Factors working in your favor.


This week Mel & Kel discuss each one briefly in the hopes that you will then put things in motion.


Emotion needs motion! That means we must act on things. It's not enough to just listen to a podcast of two girlfriends laughing and having great fun together. There is work to be done.


So, grab your journal. Write the six factors down and put some thought-action into each one. 

  1. Determine your sense of purpose
  2. Remain positive
  3. Believe you can
  4. Build a social network
  5. Set specific goals
  6. Take action
