This week we have a mini podcast episode with a short recap of how life has been in recent days, the conclusions and breakthroughs I’ve realized as well as some new mantras to carry forward into this next week.

This week we talk about why there was no podcast last week! The nature of relapsing from a period of productiveness and positivity. The consideration of being kinder to yourself and how you can move towards a mindset of appreciation.

I am back this week for a one on one chat with you guys and a general catch up. We discuss routines and failures as well as what to do when you just can’t get out of bed. I also recap my ghost hunting experience and what that was like.

This week I sat down for a very delightful discussion with RubyTrue. A great partnered UK Twitch streamer who has also worked in the fashion industry, is a licensed yoga teacher and practices meditation on a daily basis.
