We review film #91: “Sophie’s Choice“…the 1982 drama about Sophie, her extended flashbacks, crazy boyfriend, and a southern novelist downstairs.  The choice isn’t what you think.

We review film #92: “Goodfellas“…the 1990 crime mob boss film.  Food.  Blood.  Swearing.  Ray Liotta looked better in the earlier 90’s and he doesn’t know how to laugh.

We review film #93: “The French Connection“…the 1971 Gene Hackman staring tour of 1970’s New York City.  Man, what a crummy place that town use to be.

We review film #94: “Pulp Fiction“…the 1994 Quentin Tarantino classic about bad guys, shooting, drugs, and a mysterious briefcase. Fun movie all around. Oooh…people get shot!

We review film #95: “The Last Picture Show“…the 1971 black and white film about teens coming of age in a small Texan town, staring a handful of modern day actors in their first ever film roles! Not that exciting.

We review film #96: “Do The Right Thing“…the 1989 amazing Spike Lee joint about a neighborhood in Brooklyn on one hot, summer day.  It’s awesome.  Watch it now.  Seriously.  Watch it.

We review film #97: Blade Runner…the cult sci-fi classic film where Harrison Ford chases people in the rain. Seriously, it’s never NOT raining in this film.

We review film #98: “Yankee Doodle Dandy”…and we liked it!  The 1942 film staring James Cagney as George M. Cohan, the Broadway writer/performer from the early 20th century and his rise to popularity.

We review film #99: “Toy Story”…a great animated film that all can enjoy. We introduce our new format for the show after taking suggestions from the previous one and talk about how this is the second take of the episode after Take 1 decided to freak out.
