There is a global epidemic going on right now, not just a pandemic. Life seems to be too much for people. As a result, they quit on their dreams, goals, and vision for the future and stay stagnant in mediocrity. It is a deep hole of self-sabotage.

In case you aren't sure if you are self-sabotaging, ask yourself these questions.

1. Have you ever started something strong, but never finished it?
2. You start things, but quickly burn out because you overcomplicate them
3. Have you ever found yourself overthinking which results in struggles or fears that stop you from accomplishing a task?

The reason I fell into this pattern is the same reason many people do. I wasn't committed to my why. Why was I pursuing that goal, having that dream? I wasn’t grounded in my why. This has to be a deeper meaning than just the number in your bank account.

A leader who stays in this pattern of thinking and acting can destroy a team. Doing this will likely lead you to attract people who overanalyze, complicate, and spiral out of control. It's time to stop self-sabotaging patterns now. It will not only benefit you but also those around you. Set an example and release the "dooms days all things are so bad" mentality.
