IT IS A GREAT BOOK**********
This is a book about motivation. More specifically, itâs about motivating yourself, not about motivating others. It reads like a how to success guide, filled with doâs and donâts, tips, positive thinking, calls to action, and belief in self. The introduction suggests the author will reveal secrets based on the science and psychology behind motivation, but most of what he presents is based on common sense and what we learn from our parents and teachers; for example, that you need to motivate yourself to succeed, avoid bad habits such as procrastination, be self-disciplined, stick to a job until itâs finished, exercise, get a good night sleep, plan ahead, set goals, track your progress, and accept occasional failures as part of the game. This book contains simple knowledge that will help you attain greatness in life.
Very easy to follow, very practical
It's a very easy read and I really enjoyed the writing style. It's especially helpful that it's not that long so it doesn't take too much time to read and the examples really help to understand everything clearly. The only thing I would change to make it more better is to add more examples but overall great read.
Great boost of Motivation
This book is a great quick read that skips all the fluff and gets straight to the point. I will definitely read this book again to remind myself of what I should be doing.

Quick, easy read. The concepts and tools are introduced in an easy to understand manner. I really liked the way the sections of the book are separated, easy to wrap your head around, worth the read.A good value for the price.
