The Topgolf saga continues in Louisville.

The Dallas-based company has been facing a challenge from neighbors on its plan to build one of its driving range venues at Oxmoor Center. Earlier this week we reported that the neighbors would appeal a legal decision that would have allowed the construction to go forward.
