She is responsible for providing and organizing free food for 155 camps in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The kids have a choice of 2 meals a day, choosing from breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner. The program is supported by the Children’s Trust and paid for with Florida state funding. Also, Daniel Mencke, manager of Exquisite
