“Costco, like many major retailers, is rolling out new digital systems:
In some stores, they’re piloting Scan-and-Pay, where you scan items on your phone and pay through the app.
Membership scanners now require a physical card or a digital QR code just to walk in.
Soon you’ll be excusing yourself to AI robots stocking the shelves. Access, identity, and commerce are all being tied together digitally. It’s efficient. It’s convenient. But it does illustrate something.
It’s a system just like you read about in chapter thirteen of the Revelation. John tells us a time is coming when buying and selling will be controlled by a unified system – one that requires authorization to participate. As the Great Tribulation progresses, that participation will be controlled by the Antichrist.
For centuries, people wondered how such a system could be enforced worldwide.
Today, the issue isn’t whether it’s possible. The infrastructure already exists.”

“There are so many competing visions of how the world should be. People fight for this political party or another one, this form of government or another one, this style of society or another one. And yet, with all the variations and all the attempts and all the struggle, have you noticed there is no lasting peace anywhere? Not true peace. Not in the East, not in the West, not in the northern hemisphere or the southern hemisphere. Where nations aren’t at war, neighborhoods are.
Do you like to clean up other people’s messes? Do you like doing your coworkers’ jobs for them? God loves us so much He isn’t going to come solve all the mess we’ve made. He’s going to cover the world in His righteousness, wipe away every tear from our eyes. The King will return and fix everything with His power and His grace and His goodness. And oh how this world needs it.
But only Christ can do it. He alone is the great, Most High, Son of David Who can do what is necessary to save not just us individually, but save the whole world. But to do this work, God Himself would have to put on flesh and dwell among us. Fully God and fully man. And for that, He would need a human mother to deliver Him into the world.”

“You see, the name Nazareth means a sprout or a branch. And in Isaiah 11:1 we read, “Then a shoot will grow from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots will bear fruit.” This passage prophesies that The Branch would rise from David’s line in obscurity and low estate, but that His righteous reign would spread across the whole world forever. There is a play on words here, because the Hebrew word for “branch” sounds like the word Nazareth.So, sure. Call Him the Nazarene. They meant it for reviling, but at the same time it revealed that Jesus is the Deliverer, the Messiah, the Savior, the King, the gift of God sent to us that we might be rescued from sin and death and walk with God day by day until we are brought to live in His forever Kingdom.”

“Here are six of the false teachings trying to turn our temple into a Slytherin House.
1. The Health & Wealth Prosperity Gospel replaces the biblical Gospel with materialism, denies the reality of suffering, and treats God as a means to an earthly end.
2. Liberal Theology removes the inspiration and authority of Scripture, leading to a Jesus of one’s own making.
3. Hyper-Grace misuses grace to imply that repentance, obedience, and sanctification are optional or unnecessary.
4. The New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) promotes modern apostles and prophets with allegedly binding authority and new revelation that rivals Scripture.
5. Legalism, with its works-based righteousness, suggests that salvation or God’s acceptance depends on performance, rule-keeping, or belonging to a particular group. It denies justification by faith alone.
6. Non-Trinitarian groups claim to be Christian while denying the Trinity, the deity of Christ, or salvation by grace (e.g., Oneness theology, Mormonism).“

“Do you know what they named it? It’s the Genesis Mission. They are calling Genesis, “The dawn of a transformed future.” While we are on the subject of bad-naming, perhaps you have been reading about what they are calling real-time translation. Real-time translation is the process of converting spoken or written words from one language into another instantly, with little to no delay, so that two people who speak different n languages can communicate as if they shared the same one. It happens live, while the person is speaking or typing, rather than after the fact.
It’s not something we are waiting for; it’s here. It’s has already sparked debate over weather or not it will ever be necessary to learn a foreign language.
In an article on their website, a company called M+ said, “Imagine if, instead of crumbling from miscommunication, the Tower of Babel stood tall – supported by the perfect blend of humans and technology, working in harmony to bring clarity, empathy, and understanding back to the center of the conversation. “We learn a lot about Joseph in this one sentence. First, that he is righteous – meaning he cared deeply about honoring God and going God’s way – following His commands. But second, we see his love and compassion for Mary. “Not wanting to disgrace her publicly.”
Understand, that was his heart toward her while he thought she had been unfaithful to him. That’s Godly love. A love that does not ignore what is right and wrong, but is full of mercy, of kindness, of grace even to the guilty. Now, Mary wasn’t guilty, and she’s about to be exonerated, but we’re talking about what’s happening from Joseph’s perspective. He had true love for Mary.
At the same time, Joseph’s Godliness dictated his decisions. Not feelings. Not external pressure.
He obviously loved Mary – he wanted to marry her – but in this situation, the Law of God told him to separate from her and he was willing to do so in submission to God’s way. Godly principles applied with love made Joseph a great man. That’s what helped him navigate difficult days and situations.”

“In 197AD Tertullian observed that every time Christians were executed in public squares, crowds came to faith, asking, “What kind of hope makes a person die singing?”
You’ve probably heard Tertullian’s famous quote: “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church.”
Martyrdom can be called a “forced win.” A forced win is a situation in a game where one player has a sequence of moves that guarantees victory no matter how the opponent responds.
When the believer gives his life for Christ, the enemy has no countermove left. It is a forced win for the Gospel.”

Pray For One Another

One of the best ways we can build up the church is by praying for one another. So, let’s do it!

“Prayer is an issue that many Christians end up sidestepping or sort of giving up on. Many of us would probably admit that we don’t really have a great understanding or experience of prayer. We all know it’s important and we all do it at some level, but if we were polled anonymously, a lot of Christians might say that much of their prayer life is brief, repetitive, and feels mechanical.
Maybe it’s only pastors. A recent survey showed that only 16% of pastors feel very satisfied with their prayer lives.But God does not want us to feel unsatisfied with this aspect of our faith. He has given us prayer as a gift. And of course we’re not going to have a perfect prayer life, but that’s no reason to allow it to fall by the wayside.“
