A journey into my bipolar disorder in the last two years.

A poem that hopefully brings Suicide Awareness & Prevention to the World 🌎. Trigger Warning ⚠️. I can't stress this ENOUGH.

Have you ever loved someone who you can never have. Ever feel like some parts of you will forever be missing? If so, I dedicate this to you. Love you all.

Trigger WARNING ⚠️ This will Trigger anyone who was sexually abused. Raped. Assaulted PLEASE do not listen if you're having intrusive thoughts. Or if you're relapsing. This can trigger anyone with a mood or personality disorder. Thank you.

When I'm feeling an episode coming on. But instead I slayed it with my Tools. My pen 🖊️ & paper 📜. I created jewels.

Ever felt that raising your children feels like a grieving process? Ever felt like you cannot breathe because you don't want to make the wrong decision and never see your children again? Ever felt like you want to give your children the space to grow, however, there's a feeling in you that gets agitated and frustrated because you don't want something to happen to your children? Grieving as a parent while our children are living is a normal part of being a parent. A lot of parents get depressed during this time. A lot of marriages start separating during this time. Because your identity is your children. It's okay to let go. Okay to allow them to have their own opinions and their own thoughts. We cannot hover them forever. We have to trust that we did the right thing as parents and turn that negative grief into positive excitement that they're going to get through life no matter what because you raise them right!!!

When God puts you in alignment at the right time, the right place in the right world. It's a whole blessing.
