Of all the ways that this letter has been ‘twisted,’ and – as they have suggested – even inverted from its original meaning, context, and intent, this may be the most key.
When Paul warns that he was concerned people might start accepting “another jesus, whom we have NOT preached,” he was absolutely right. And the Whore Church is not about to point that out to those who have been so deceived for 17 centuries or so.
