The Torah elevating us is a connection between Parshas Naso and the Giving of the Torah. It reminds us that we have to acknowledge the elephant in the room that most of us are under some level of control of animalistic tendencies. The Torah encapsulates the idea of freedom of the Exodus of Egypt where commandments (obligations) are not restrictions but ordinances that remind us that we can choose not to succumb to our animalistic tendencies. It is for this reason we must be grateful for the Giving of Torah and remember on a daily basis to remind ourselves and instill faith in ourselves that we are created in the image of G-d (we aren’t entirely animalistic).
We delve into the spiritual DNA of Levites and why they were chosen by G-d
