    My wife Amy is a guest this week on the podcast as we open up and discuss her breast cancer diagnosis from a few months ago and what her first week was like going through chemotherapy. Spoiler: it wasn't good. We almost don't know what to do with ourselves right now, so we thought sharing our story with others who may be going through the same fight.

    We get into some details that may be uncomfortable, but it's real. We are days out from the first chemotherapy session and wanted to document what happened before heading into the second infusion.
    If you or a loved one or someone you know had a bad experience with your first chemotherapy session, you might want to take a listen. Feel free to share your experience with us and if you have questions, we can try to answer as best we can.

    As an 80's baby, I was on the tail end of records leaving the shelves and CD's taking over the market. After spending thousands of dollars on my CD collection, I boxed it all up in my basement and went toward the ease and convenience of streaming. Ah! So easy. How cool is it to access just about anything you want to listen to on demand in seconds...ANYWHERE!

    So why the hell am I addicted to buying record albums in 2023?

    I found myself in the middle of some Tiktok drama that found my page, my account, my comment section, on a post of mine that had nothing to do with the original incident. But seeing that it came to me, I decided to open the box and see what was inside. What I found were the toxic, negative people all of us have in our lives that love to seek out chaos. They love to see it continue. Because it's what they live for. I just want something positive and educational to come out it from those directly involved, so that it doesn't happen again.

    But if that happens, what would the mob of people in the comment section do that love chaos in life? Well, they'll come after me.

    I've had to reacquire the letter writing skills after dropping off my oldest for his first Summer away at West Point Military Academy where the only access to the outside world for him is pen to paper for about 8 weeks. It got me reflecting back almost 30 years ago when I would send and receive letters from friends and my wife, then girlfriend, and what it meant to me.
