If you have trouble falling asleep, this meditation can help you. This is one of my most popular meditations. It is primarily a hypnosis meditation that will relax every part of your body and allow you to drift off into sleep. Headphones, although not necessary, will give you the best listening experience. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to any of these meditations while driving or operating machinery or equipment of any kind. Find a quiet place that is free from distractions. Listen while in a reclining position preferably in bed.
