Just talking about our gym experience today! 

Total body:

10 min on the row machine to warm up 

5 thing- 1) 6 military press 2) 7 front squats 3) 8 bent over rows 4) 9 dead lifts 5) 10 back squats

leg raises,  high plank shoulder taps, back ext, oblique ext, toe touches, russian twists, forearm plank hip dips

bicep curls, triceps kickback, high bicep curls, single arm triceps ext
