CBS Climate Reporter Tracy Wholf joins Megan Lynch after a landmark decision from the Montana Supreme Court that agreed with plaintiffs that twhir rights were being violated when the state ignored climate policy. Wholf says this means Montana agencies "must consider greenhouse gas emissions" and climate change when deciding policy.
