In 2007, sisters Jessica and Kelli Uhl were killed when their car was struck by an Illinois State Police cruiser driven by Trooper Matt Mitchell.   The investigation would show that Mitchell was traveling 126 miles per hour while talking on his cell phone and using his dashboard computer when he crossed into oncoming traffic on Interstate 64.  He's asked multiple times since to have his driving privileges back and is making the request again in a hearing set for next week.  Jessica and Kelli's mother, Kim Schlau, joins Total Information AM to talk about why she's fighting that request.
