I have been leading teams & delivering projects for close to 2 decades now, been a certified PMP for 15 years & this principle is true in my experience of leading multi-cultural teams consisting of individuals from different parts of the world.

Before that I also spoke about My 2024 so far & how 1 word rings through the whole year & that WORD is OVERFLOW.
