You are the CEO of your life, take charge & step up to the plate & exercise that authority, that knowledge & skillset you have to resolve the chaos you are experiencing.

I have seen this happen in my life & experience as a Project Manager - PM (The highest authority of a PM is his knowledge).

So get that knowledge & use it, take charge & put your authority to good use, things will not clear out until you exercise that authority.
