如何成为时间管理的圣手？

本集继续对话Ling，一起来聊聊职场女性“没时间”的苦恼。

要做一个好妈妈，又要在职场上拼杀，还有那些丢舍不下的人生小享受和一个美美的懒觉。可是一天只有24小时，如何成为岁月神偷，今天我们和Ling一起探索。

Ling作为媒介专家，获得过省部级六十多个奖项；她导演、策划的广播剧以及编著的书籍均获得过海南省“五个一”工程奖；她跨界播音主持、大学硕导、国际传播等多个领域，曾担任海南省艺考评委，是海南省演讲库专家；她热爱写作，其博客有超过135万的阅读量。

同时，作为两个孩子的母亲，育儿经验丰富，忙得上蹿下跳的同时竟然还写了大量的育儿笔记......

她到底哪儿来的时间完成这么多工作，如何成为像“八爪鱼”一样的时间管理大师，今天的节目也许对你会有点启发。

Ling 的爷爷毕业于国立中央大学农学院，她父亲是一位中国文学教授，她两个儿子是工科专业的 985 大学生，在这样的家庭里，阅读家风如何得以传承和延续，我们一起来听听主持人 Sharon 和 Yudian 的采访。
