  • Primordial Ooze - Chaotic Influx
“Chaotic Influx” welcomes back TOUCH Samadhi’s old friend and frequent collaborator Primordial Ooze, now delivering three slices of chunky, organic psychedelia for the nighttime dancefloor. “Dripping Springs” leads with tendrils of liquid sound that invite the listener in to an ever-deepening tunnel surrounded by throaty squawks, bleats, and clanging echoes; the title track picks up the pace with a driving beat and cascading atmospherics that seem both metallic and earthy at the same time. The closer, “Almost Inert,” storms the dancefloor with an energetic bassline, zippery riffs, and percussive shouts for a high-speed race into darkness.”

  • 01 3G1K - Gas Exchange
Three guys, one knob, hundreds of melting brains! The “Chimera” EP signals the return of the international mutant forest trance monster you know and love. “Gas Exchange” is a stomping beat that takes you through a gelatinous labyrinth of ever-shifting textures. “Get Bent” is a heavier trip with percussive leads and mysterious atmospheres. Finally, “Substitute Realities” is the darkest tune on the EP, featuring a bassline that charges through a sinister aura before exploding into a riff-focused crescendo. This EP is a three-headed oddity that will please forest trance enthusiasts everywhere.

  • Hyperboreans - Mystai (preview)
    Release date: 10.19.22
Hyperboreans is a project years in the making, a genre-spanning collaboration between TOUCH Samadhi veterans The Fuzz and Herbivore. Playing the role of emissaries from a technologically and socially advanced society, the Hyperboreans combine Goa trance, African house, and drum & bass into a new form of psychedelic, funky dance music. The Reunification EP presents this style with three tracks featuring interweaving melodic riffs atop polyrhythmic percussion and stomping beats, slowed down to a tempo that allows a richer sub bass experience. “Mystai” introduces the concept in an uplifting, hands-in-the-air anthem; “Nirvikalpa Samadhi” flips it with a darker, deeper journey through inner space; and the title track closes out with an atmospheric stomper that could only have been conceptually born from TOUCH Samadhi’s legendary Equinox festival. The first of many Hyperborean releases, the Reunification EP is sure to delight and entrance.
    Tracklist:
