The other night,
I was sitting in a warm bath,
just breathing,
feeling the water around me.

Then, slowly, I scooped the water with my hands.
Let it pour through my fingers.
Moved my hands forward, back,
left and right,
up and down —
freely, gently.

I wasn’t thinking.
I was just… feeling.

And in that stillness,

I noticed something.

Yes, I was fully present in the “now.”

I felt as if my soul was touching something soft —
a quiet field of energy surrounding me.

The sound of water slipping through my palms,
the warmth,
the silence,
