Back in September CNW started a church-wide conversation and study of women in leadership, and specifically around their inclusion in eldership--the highest level of authority in the local church. Today we reveal and explain the elders’ conclusion on this interesting and controversial topic, and CNW’s decision on how we will operate moving forward.
