Allie is a dear friend of the program who is full of inspiration and vibrance. She's incredibly motivated to empower women in the creative field and not afraid to admit that everyone has their own path to success.

This week, the crew explores the evident challenges and hidden optimism of the Rona grind through some new segments. Additionally, TTS welcomes Ian Green to the table to discuss his time at UF, journey to P&G, and social justice in the workplace.

Barry and I linked up in downtown Gainesville to kick this series off. With bourbon in our glasses, we discussed our lives, careers, and podcast lineage while doing our best to keep it together.
