Tour de Shrug: a cycling podcast

Luke (The Tour de Shrug Podcast) and Gabe (The Cycling Guy) are in Montreal for the World Championships, and we recapped both the men's and women's races following the men's race on Sunday! What a weekend to be there in Montreal, witnessing two amazing races. Listen in to hear our thoughts from the race, as we were without cell service, and in the dark for most of the race, only knowing what we saw in front of us each lap of the Mont Royal.

Subscribe to the Tour de Shrug Podcast, and The Cycling Guy, it would really mean a lot, so we can keep doing stuff like this!

Join Luke with his guests, Lisa and Jared, as they recap the first 6 stages of the Tour de France Femmes Avec Zwift, in what has been an amazing race so far! As is always the case in the Tour de Shrug, there are a lot of side tracks, and a lot of mispronounced names. Give us a follow, subscribe, and most importantly, tell us what you think will happen in the rest of the 2026 edition!

Join Luke and Gabe (The Cycling Guy) as they recap the entire 2026 Tour de France, talk about their favorite stages, hand out the Dundie Awards of the Tour, and discuss the 2027 Tour de France.
