Eamon Lucas is based in Belgium the heartland of bike racing. The versatile Californian spoke with me recently about his humble beginnings near Monterey, California, riding for the national team and finally moving to Belgium to stake his claim of cycling glory.

Sterling Magnell was a successful pro who rode for teams like Toyota United to Rock Racing. Upon his retirement, he thought he was done with cycling. But, cycling wasn't done with him as he eventually moved to Africa to coach the Rwandan national team. In episode 11 you'll hear his story from the beginning of his cycling journey to now. 

Rahsaan Bahati is known as a cycling legend on the road and track. Nowadays he's running his foundation, riding/racing, and living the life of a father and husband. We recently sat down for a conversation about life.
