Sho Gents

This first episode serves as a notice that effectiveness and new age leadership is on its way. Our aim for this podcast is for us to start journaling our experiences caused by our environments, people around us or even ourselves, this will be a guideline for those who follow us and for those in need.

Lets START having conversations about the discomfort we go up in and the elders who are around us and how do they impact us?

The most powerful warriors are patience and time, Respect them.

Everything has patience and time attached to it trust the wait, embrace the uncertainty  and just enjoy the beauty of becoming. Always keep moving when life gets hard patience will serve you well in time, remember a seed grows with no sound so patience is power.

Everyone is waiting for something and in that waiting period fire comes and it will either refine you or destroy you.

We grow into patience.

What is patience to you?

We are limited by the people we love and by the world daily, our beliefs systems are handed down to us by our family members  and friends, failure cripples us but still, through it all we solider on.

We need to start believing in ourselves enough to know that we are more than just one thing, we can explore all that was given to us and there should be on shame in doing so.

We need to be unapologetic for the footprints we intend to leave behind in this world, we were born to do so.

Live everyday like its a war zone.

We use power to abuse people because we lack confidence in yourselves.

Power is a front we wear to manipulating people or hiding our insecurities. 

This episode serves as a friendly reminder that power is not permanent but always has to be transferred to the next generation so they can also be given space to rule in their own right. God is always raising people of power and influence day in and day out, you cannot stick to one position forever, stop wanting so much power and share your power.

Teach, live, laugh, wear the crown and pass it on to someone when the time is right.

We always blame external factors or people around us when bad things happen, so we can avoid taking responsibility for our actions.

We are always pointing fingers at one each rather than coming together and looking for solutions that will help solve our problems.

Sometimes taking responsibility for a problem may result in harsh consequences but blaming others may result in more 

On this episode we highlight the importance of taking responsibility and the great impact it will have to the future generations.

On this week's episode, we focus on setting up boundaries with people in our lives whether it be in a workspace, family unit or any kind of relationship.

We breakdown the importance of setting boundaries as the ultimate test in selfcare and selflove. When you choose to take care of yourself first everything else gets easier.

We encourage boundaries as your responsibility, you decide what is and is not allowed in your life.
