Townsville Chamber CEO Heidi Turner sits down with Moira Carter to discuss how a small business restructure allows eligible businesses to compromise their debts and maximise their chances of trading profitably in the future, while also allowing for business owners to remain in control of their business during the restructuring period. During the COVID period, the Government implemented changes to the insolvency framework for small businesses which were struggling, and since then this Small Business Restructuring has remained as law.
