We all have that friend who is known for being 'brutally honest', or start sentences like 'I am only telling you this because I care' or just known for negging people.

On this pod we breakdown the emerging social trend around toxic honesty/radical honesty (basically when honesty is taken too far). We talk about how this trend has come about, debate; can 'I am just being honest' a shield for horrible behaviour?  and how does toxic honesty affect relationships.
