I know I can’t be the only 20 y algo that spends money recklessly. I’m here to talk about it!  Also, simply to open up some conversation about why in my own experience... I spend money a lo pendejo. I share some of my upbringing and beliefs with money, along with some questionable purchases and my thought process.

Some themes I hope to introduce come from growing up in a low-middle class household and how we carry over teachings from our parents. It’s not a comfortable conversation and very easy to judge, but here’s my transparent truth on my Toxic Relationship with money! Just because we're young doesn't mean that we have to set ourselves up for failure simply because we haven't been encouraged to do better. I hope you can take some of my rant and use it to shift your perspective on money and analyze your own relationship with it. I’ve been doing some research and have some plans in place to create a space to share some important financial literacy resources with our youth, let me know if you’re interested!
