Lianne is the creator and host of the Watch Us Thrive podcast, a personal development podcast that talks about mental health, healing from trauma that keeps us stuck in sh*tty relationships & how we can reconnect with our inner magic.
After overcoming a life-changing event of domestic violence in 2021, Lianne now uses her voice to share her story to create change and normalize these uncomfortable conversations around taboo topics.
Lianne is passionate about creating a safe space to talk about the trauma people have experienced and how we can turn our pain into power. She truly believes that you don’t need to let your trauma define who you are and you CAN heal from it… The first step is to create a safe space to talk about it.
She also features amazing guests she's met along the way of her own healing journey to share their stories of what they've gone through and how they overcame it. We all have a story to tell and the Watch Us Thrive podcast is a platform to normalize these uncomfortable conversations.
Listen to brand new episodes, available on all major podcast streaming platforms like Apple podcasts & Spotify.
New episodes drop every Tuesday at 5AM EST (and the occasional bonus episode in between!)

Arely has had such an amazing journey already! From learning about her immigration status and what that meant for her higher education, to her community college experience, and now working for Netflix while also building her own business.
My biggest takeaway was her undeniable strength in completing her education (because she wanted to) and that everyone should try therapy! 🥰👏🏼
