Join Jay (Geek. Dad. Life) and Dan (Secret Galaxy) with special guest James Eatock (Cereal Geek) as they dice in to the 1990 releases in the Real Ghostbusters toy line from Kenner! This year saw a big step back as TMNT dominated, with lots of re-use of older toy molds and Ghostbusters II tie ins that were a year too late. That didn’t stop 1990 from giving us some great toys though. Enjoy this deep dive into the animated series and the toys that kicked off a new decade!

Join Jay (Geek. Dad. Life.) and Dan (Secret Galaxy) along with special guest Alex Brewer (Mondo, Gotham City Tonight) as they dive into the 1988 Real Ghostbusters toys from Kenner. This was a great 2nd year of toys with iconic vehicles, playsets, action figures and of course role play toys that helped make Kenner’s Real Ghostbusters toy line the most popular in the boy aisle in the late 80s.

Join Jay (Geek. Dad. Life.) and Dan (Secret Galaxy) along with special guest Jake Stevens (From 4-LOM to Zuckuss) as they breakdown the LAST 2 years of Power of the Force figures. The overabundance of previously released POFT2 and The Phantom Menace figures meant that the last few figures in Power of the Force 2 were hard to find. This also matched with the shuttering of Kenner as a separate brand under Hasbro. It’s a shame too, because 1999 and 2000 gave us some of the BEST Star Wars Power of the Force 2 figures…

Life.) and Dan (Secret Galaxy) with special guest Griffin Newman (Blank Check w/ Griffin & David, George Lucas Talk Show) as they dive into part 2 of 1998’s Star Wars Power of the Force 2 toys from Kenner (Hasbro)! 1998 was a year before the prequels but that didn’t stop Lucasfilm from using POTF2 to get Star Wars fans hyped for the first new Star Wars movie since the 80’s. Preview and flashback figures gave us glimpses into Episode 1: The Phantom Menace, and also gave us figures from the expanded universe. We’ll cover these and more on this extra long episode!
