We thought it would be a slow news week. Then the Marvel Legends team did a live stream. The Star Wars community rallied. Super7 roared to life. And finally LEGO said - Hold my Beer. This is truely, the best timeline. And just for laughs, we answer some of our Patreon's wacky and insightful comments.

This week on the Toy Power Podcast; we are only a team of Three again.  Unfortunately Scot is missing; but the show must go on!  Keeping in the theme of 'Three' - that's exactly how many topics we have for you this Episode!  Starting things off is a healthy chat around our Personal thoughts around: What it takes for a successful Crowdfunding Campaign.  With Crowdfunding now the new norm; we review the past, present & future of this unique sales pitch option.  Second Topic; is a Fun review of the New Lego Transformers Set - in the Form of Soundwave!  Including his companion characters - Laserbeak & Ravage.  This set really is impressive and the Sound Option is a welcomed point of difference too!  Rounding out our Topics; is: 'State Of The Nation.'  This is a Reality Check-in for us; to access our Collecting Journey and take note of our future plans.  It turns into a bit of a therapy session, as we each give advise to one-another on assessment of our very addictive Toy Collecting Habits!!   This honestly was a really fun episode as we get quite personal; and share a lot of our own distinctive opinions.

It only seems like yesterday these guys were on store shelves but there's so much great stuff to rediscover: The Foot Elite Guard, Hun, Karai, a Shredder who can now stand upright and yes, even Fast Forward. Yeah I said it! We even look at the video game history of this iconic style. Ben also shares his amazing connection to the history of Turtles comics. Trent then tests the boys with a quiz that covers all of fandom. How many did you get right? All this and some of our Latest Scores, is just a click away!

This week on the Toy Power Podcast; we are still down a Scot, as he is still unwell.  But that will not slow him down in contributing to this ep!  Before we get into the main segments, we chat about Ben & Frank's latest Plastic Addiction, in the form of Transformers Blokees!  Prior to chatting about the Superman Film itself, we focus on the Toy likeness compared to what the actor actually looks like! With a little Jurassic World banter in between.  Then, without another moment to spare, we get right into the James Gunn driven film itself!  We chat towards our Cinema experiences and start off with a non-spoiler discussion; before we head into a chat about the whole Film itself!  Giving it our typical DVG rating out of 19 too.  Then changing gears, we introduce a New segment - named: Variant Schmariant!  We each pick two variants of a pre-existing character (in toy form) that just doesn't need to exist.  We unearth some quite silly versions of characters that had a legitimate Toy Release; that clearly logic was not a concern at all!!  Plus we tie a nice bow around the proposed Nick-Names for both Frank & Scot.  Enjoy!!
