This episode is called Snakes in Tornadoes. Yes, you heard that correctly. Are we really going to talk about snakes in tornadoes? Yes, but in order to talk about them, we need to first talk about the hero’s journey - also known as the monomyth.
We’ll explore what this looks like in mythology, then look at its most basic parts. We’ll see how we experience this pattern from the cellular level to the cosmic level and from the earthly to the spiritual realm. And then we’ll talk about snakes in tornadoes.
The myth today is The Descent of Inanna.
