hello hello! in this episode, I talk about focusing more on our accomplishments than our failures. I speak on my own experience with post-grad anxiety and how fixating on this made me undermine all of my accomplishments in other aspects of my life. I also share a couple of different exercises that we can do to regularly acknowledge and give ourselves credit for our wins. this practice of tracking our accomplishments allows us to do a better job of giving ourselves grace and overcoming perfectionism. hope y'all enjoy, sending love!! <3
