Track Talk episode with special guest Nico Young!  Nico had just won the Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year (his 2nd GOTY btw) so yeah he is a huge deal! Oh and he can cook, and you'll never guess what he would cook for someone if he had a date. We chatted about the little things he does that helps him reach the levels he is at. Nico is headed to NAU and we talked about what is next for him and how life is different this summer going into college. Thank you to chat and Nico for this and had a lot of fun with this show!
