Trading Sliders

This week we witnessed a 1st in the racing world. Knoxville Nationals did not disappoint. Our special guest this week is the 1995 KMS Champion, Dale Puckett. Dale was an invocator of racing on a small budget coming from a racing family while raising another generation of racers.

The North/South 100 did not disappoint. The special guest is Anton Hernandez. Anton has won 7 Karting championships at a young age. Also has a POWRI west midget title, Indiana 305 title, and a golden driller from the Tulsa Shootout.

Weather causes havoc on the race weekend. USAC did get in the conclusion of Indiana Sprint Week. This week's special guest is Tyrel Tood. Tyrel was a consistent front runner in central KY for many years. Winning at every track in the region. Now spends his time as the crew chief for his son Caleb Tood.

This week we hit the road for events at Circle City Raceway and 191 Speedway. Our special guest has been at the top of the Crate Late Model world for years now. Former champion with the American All-Star series, Jesse Lowe. Jesse also promoted one of the most successful racetracks in East Tennessee.

The traveling road show continues as we made our way to East Tennessee this weekend for the Cumberland Plateau Modified series doubleheader. Our special guest is 17-year-old 3rd generation racer Caleb Todd. Caleb is a 3-time Karting champion and has picked up multiple Pro Late Model wins early in his career.

This week we head to Bloomington Speedway for the Legends 50 event. U.M.P. Summer nationals crowns a champion. Our special guest is a 2-time California lighting sprint champion David Gasper.

We celebrate America's birthday with a special episode. We have a round table conversation with club 92 teammates, Brad Kemp & J.T. Huffman. Both are 3rd generation drivers. This is true Trading Sliders fashion; we are all over the place.

Weather played havoc again this weekend on most race plans. WOO and Lucas did get theirs in and we will discuss that. Our special guest this week is a 4th generation racer, Caden Puckett. He's already winning championships following in his fathers and grandfather's footsteps. He is a 3-time karting champion at Clark County Speedway and 2-time karting champion at Sportsdrome Speedway.

A busy race weekend has come to an end. We made trips to Bloomington Speedway and Paragon Speedway. This week's special guest is well respected in the sprint car world. With 4 track championships at Kokomo Speedway and 1 at Gas City Speedway. It's the "Throttle" Shane Cottle.

The crew hits the road again this week as we headed to Natural Bridge Speedway for the American All-Star Series. Our special guest is a 6-time Drag Racing National Champion, 2-time Salem Speedway late model track champion, Barren County Speedway late model champion, and IHRA world champion, Joe Williamson.
